Prospectus is delighted to be working with The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' (RCOG) to recruit a Senior Programme Manage who will lead on the implementation of the Making Abortion Safe (MAS) programme, ensuring programme activities are delivered according to approved work plan and within budget. This will include working cross-departmentally with other RCOG departments to achieve strategic programme aims and objectives as well as developing and leading on partnerships with professional societies both in the UK and internationally, including Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, evaluation and research partners.

They do this by setting standards for clinical practice, providing doctors with training and lifelong learning, and working with partners to advocate for women's health and health care across their life course. The overall purpose of this role is to lead on the implementation of the Making Abortion Safe programme ensuring programme activities are delivered according to approved work plan and within budget. You will also prepare and submit detailed narrative and financial programme reports and oversee the engagement of key individuals, groups, influencers, thought leaders and politicians.
To be successful as a Senior Programme Manager you will have previous programme experience in a sexual health setting, including knowledge on abortion rights. You will be a confident self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of international stakeholders and the ability to support colleagues overseas remotely.
