The successful candidate will be responsible for building a stable individual giving foundation, including a growing number of high-level donors (£5,000-10,000 and above), developing one-on-one stewardship relationships, creating and implementing an Ambassador Programme to recruit new donors, and planning donor stewardship and cultivation events.
