Job description

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a leading homelessness charity that works to provide support to those who need housing, those at risk of becoming homeless, and their families. They are looking to recruit a new Senior Trust Fundraiser to grow the organisation's income pipeline and income in line with the business strategy and growing demand.

This position is offered on a permanent, full time or part time basis with flexible working and compressed hours on a case by case basis paying £34,000 to £36,000 per annum FTE to be based in East London.

The team as a whole is targeted with bringing in over £1.4 million per year with a number of repeat funders, but there is a need to develop new partnerships with a wider range of funders. You will develop strong fundraising proposals for five and six figure bids for a range of projects and manage a fascinating portfolio of work. You will also have line management responsibility for a Trust Fundraising Officer, who is responsible for trusts that provide funding of up to £10,000.

They are looking for someone that has proven experience of working in a fundraising environment, with a demonstrable track record in a trust fundraising (or similar) role and a track record of achieving fundraising targets.
