Our client, a private university with a highly cosmopolitan community, are recruiting for a full time Student Hub Frontline Officer to support them in this busy time up until the end of February 2022. The post is looking to start as soon as possible.
In this role you will be supporting the new term's demand by assisting students face-to-face, on the telephone and online, delivering excellent customer service for students and providing advice and support through their journey at the University. Ensuring prompt resolutions or referrals to enquiries, you will continue to ensure good working relationships with key departments are maintained.
To be considered for this role you will have customer service experience, excellent written and oral communication and be literate with Microsoft Office. Working in Higher Education and Frontline Enquiry experience will be advantageous.
This is a temporary role, so you will need to be available immediately or at short notice in order to be considered and able to commit to the duration until the end of February.
