With many presenting with multiple and complex needs, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a wrap-around service that is effective and enables service users to achieve their goals and aspirations.
To be successful, you must have experience of key working a caseload of homeless adults presenting with complex needs, conducting risk assessments and support plans, and have a working knowledge of safeguarding. You must also have demonstrable experience of working with clients with substance misuse, mental health and/or homeless-related needs, or a combination of these client groups in a supported housing setting. Candidates must also have a good level of computer literacy and numeracy.
To be considered, you must be available immediately and be in possession of a fully enhanced DBS check that is registered to the online update service.
