Do you have extensive experience in Supporter Care?
Our client is a charity focused on providing research and information concerning the needs of homeless people.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing fundraising team, playing a central role in the provision of excellent supporter care.
Based in the Data Insight and Supporter Care team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including responding to supporter enquiries by letter, phone and email; processing financial donations; updating the supporter database; and providing general support to the efforts of the whole fundraising team.
This is a lot more than just another 'admin' role. It involves coordinating a wide variety of tasks and processes, and driving forward progress in establishing St Mungo's as a leading provider of supporter care in a competitive charity sector.
To succeed, you will be capable of juggling a busy and varied workload with great attention to detail. You will also need to be comfortable communicating with supporters from a wide variety of backgrounds, and be able to take the initiative and lead on specific projects under the guidance of the Supporter Care Coordinator.
