A dedicated and impactful health charity are looking for two personable and driven individuals to join their Administration & Data Management team for a period of 6 months. Based in leafy Chiswick, the Supporter Care Assistant will predominantly be responsible for contacting registered donors by phone and email to confirm and update their contact details, leading to a more accurate and relevant database.
You will play an active role in positively representing the charity through your contact with their warm list of existing donors, while maintaining confidentiality of donor and supporter data and ensuring best practice standards are adhered too. You will also answer questions via email and phone from registered donors, supporters or patients as well as supporting the Office Administrator as and when required in the handling of post and deliveries.
To be successful in this position you will naturally enjoy speaking with a wide range of people and you will relish the chance to represent an incredible cause in a positive yet professional manner. It is essential that you have some prior experience of working within an office environment having previously utilised a database/CRM, therefore you will be comfortable with managing data confidentially.
