Prospectus is excited to be supporting a national children and young people's charity in their search for a new Supporter Giving and Engagement Officer. This organisation is doing things a bit differently. They know that building long term relationships with their supporters is the key to creating lasting change for the children who so desperately need support. This means that your role will involve lots of cross-team working as well.
The position will involve building on audience insight to develop bespoke supporter journeys and the creative marketing activity across a variety of channels. You will be results focused and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and to budget/targets, and you will be encouraged to share your own ideas.
To be considered for the role, you will ideally have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary marketing environment and will have some end-to-end campaign management experience. You'll have good communication skills and creative skills with attention to detail. That said, the key thing is that you have initiative, a keenness to get stuck in and a desire to achieve great things for children and young people in this country. If that sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you!
