Our client raises funds for hospital research and education to ensure that the hospital can continue to deliver excellent care to their patients and families.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing support across the new Fundraising and engagement team.
Reporting to the Volunteer and supporter relations officer and working closely with the Fundraising and events officer, the Fundraising assistant will act as a first point of contact for the charity’s supporters and assist on the delivery of their donor relations programme across event and community fundraising, volunteers and supporter engagement. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain experience in a highly regarded charity with exposure across individual giving, supporter engagement and fundraising events.
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines. You will have experience of working within a charity setting or something similar and a desire to learn about fundraising activity.
