The Assistant Director of Digital, Data and Technology

Home-Start UK is ambitious for change and we are creating a new role to drive transformation within the organisation to develop a positive digital culture and ensure a more focused, data led approach. The Home-Start network is a federated structure of around 190 local Home-Starts that deliver support for 26,000 families each year across the United Kingdom.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Assistant Director of Digital, Data and Technology will support both Home-Start UK staff and the wider network to enhance their impact and capture new opportunities. You will work closely with the IT Manager and Data Coordinator to align new and existing systems and software's to maximise efficiency and develop new ways of working. Finally, you will help drive the strategic vision of how data will help transform the organisation, setting out a roadmap for its continued success.
The ideal candidate will be an influential and ambitious leader with a flair for communication and a passion for technology. You will have a proven track record of leading digital and IT functions, preferably within a complex or federated structure, and an ability to relate and empower a wide range of stakeholders. You will be a pragmatic and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and be committed to supporting Home-Start's mission.
