Prospectus is excited to be supporting our client, a leading London University to recruit a temporary Training Administrator. The post will start on a blended combination of home/office based, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, based near Southwark. The post is offered on a full-time basis, which is looking to be for approximately 6 months.
This post will sit within the Estates and Facilities team within the University and you will be working closely with the Manager and other members of the team to deliver a seamless and impeccable service. Coordinating the induction and programme of workshops, along with updating the training matrix. You will be responsible for updating workshop content and liaising with stakeholders. This role will monitor the shared email account, and hold responsibility for actioning in a timely manner. You will also be involved in drafting the weekly newsletter. There will also be a number of adhoc tasks, such as maintaining webpages and raising purchase orders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of working in a similar post, with prior experience of coordinating training, ideally from within the higher education or similar sector. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office tools - especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams and SharePoint. Experience of group facilitation or delivering workshop style training would be advantageous for this post, although not essential.
