Prospectus is delighted to be exclusively supporting Ambitious about Autism in their search for a Trust Fundraiser to join their collaborative and growing fundraising department.
Ambitious about Autism is a national charity supporting children and young people with autism. Through education and employment services, as well as policy and campaigning for change, Ambitious about Autism strive to make the ordinary possible for children and young people with autism.
As the Trust Fundraiser, you will be responsible for building relationships with trusts and foundations capable of giving up to £30k gifts. With some existing relationships in place, this role will build strong communication with these donors to ensure long-lasting relationships. This person will also focus on identifying and developing new relationships with new trusts and foundations that can give four and five-figure gifts. Working closely with the Philanthropy Team, this role will have good support and also offers a great opportunity for personal and career development.
To be successful as the Trust Fundraiser, you will have some fundraising experience ideally within trusts and foundations. You will have strong researching and writing capabilities, and be keen to build relationships with a range of stakeholders through compelling communication. This person will be comfortable working with a team, but also confident managing their own portfolio of fundraising donors.

This is a full-time permanent position that will be based in London 1-2 days per week and with the rest of the time spent working from home.
