Contract, Full-time
Job description

Prospectus is excited to be supporting a higher education institution in their search for a Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to join their team on a fixed term contract until May 2021.

As the Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser, you will be adding needed capacity within the team to enable them to continue implementing their trusts and foundations fundraising. This position will involve writing fundraising proposals to trusts and foundations who have the capacity to make grants up to and including £1m, and occasionally beyond.

In order to be successful in this role you need to have experience of writing high value proposals to Trusts and Foundations, as well as managing grants and funder relationships. You will need to be able to work independently, albeit within the context of a well-established and very supportive team. You will need to be able to absorb a very diverse and complex set of projects.

At Prospectus we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you with your application.

We welcome candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds. Please let us know if we can help you with the application process in any way. We are more than happy to make any reasonable adjustments to enable all interested candidates to apply.

This role will be home-based. This position can be considered on a full time, or part time basis. We would be happy to discuss these options with you as well as flexible working.

In order to apply please submit your CV in the first instance and begin to prepare your supporting statement. Should your experience be suitable, we will send you the full job description and will arrange for a call and/or meeting to brief you on the role. You’ll then have all the information you need to formally apply. We are looking forward to connecting with you soon.
