The Mass Participation Manager will help deliver the mass participation events portfolio through successful existing products as well as testing new concepts to take to market. As such, strong project management skills are vital to succeed in this role that sits within a busy and dedicated community and events department. You will work to agreed financial and participant sign-up targets and will work closely with the marketing and data teams to maximise the value of data and performance evaluation. You will also recruit and manage volunteers to support on a wide variety of mass participation events throughout the year.
The selected candidate will have experience of managing mass participation events and managing relationships with external agencies and individual volunteers. You will have experience of working with fundraising databases and will be an excellent communicator dedicated to making change through superb mass participation events. You will be willing to travel for this post and work occasional evenings and weekends.
