Job description

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Our head office is located in Central London (London Bridge) and we have an office in Glasgow.  We welcome applications from across the UK (home or office based) however this role involves considerable travel across the UK and regular travel to London Bridge.

What the job involves

You will deliver impactful changes that measurably improve men’s experience in their access to and quality of prostate cancer diagnosis, treatment, and support. You will work closely with health systems and services to understand the obstacles to improving care and work collaboratively to overcome them. You will manage and support complex and politically sensitive projects to drive change across the UK’s health services and other service providers.

You will bring your expert knowledge of how to unlock change to develop and implement projects or campaigns to achieve our strategic aims. You will ensure change projects are underpinned by effective approaches that target those most able to bring about change.

What we want from you

You will have a proven track record in influencing change within the health service, coupled with excellent communication skills and experience in developing and managing stakeholder engagement with health, political and public stakeholders.

You will have proven knowledge of the workings of at least one UK health service and will understand the routes to influence to achieve positive change.
