We have exciting opportunities for full-time and part-time Support Workers.
About the role
You will help to provide personalised and responsive support to individuals who are on their journey from homelessness to independent living.
You will be based at one of our schemes in Tower Hamlets or the City of London.

What we do
PRHA is a specialist Housing Association and adult social care provider focussed on East London, mainly Tower Hamlets and the City, Hackney and Southwark.
We help people who are homeless (or at risk of becoming homeless) to help themselves through a wide range of residential and non-residential services. As well as having suffered the crisis of homelessness, many of our residents have support needs relating to substance misuse and poor mental and physical health.
Our services include permanent and temporary housing, support to live independently, resettlement preparation & support, access to employment, training & education & money management advice.
Our support services are underpinned by a commitment to Psychologically Informed Environments and personalised support.
