Opportunity to implement a new funding stream in a successful corporate fundraising team.
This is an exciting new role in a homelessness charity’s account management team, which will focus on their biggest growing area: employee engagement and fundraising for established partnerships.
While retail and other industries can’t grow partnerships, this charity is looking at employee engagement in other partnerships that are able to grow. This will be an innovative strand of the team; they are hoping new products and events will be added to the calendar and rolled out across the team.
The postholder will manage the new employee fundraising strand of an existing finance partner (at least £100k), a £50k hotel partner and 2-3 smaller partners. As well as these, they will champion employee engagement and create products which can be activated in other partnerships across the portfolio.
We are looking for a self-starter, who has great relationship management experience and lots of ideas around fundraising. We would consider people from a corporate, sales or community fundraising background.
