This role will take over a fledgling corporate partnerships programme and prospect list, securing partnerships for super interesting and emotive projects, including accessible sport, 121 child assessments, family work, group sensory projects and family respite trips.
The partnerships fit a broad variety of CSR aims and can be developed into a range of partnership types, so there is a lot of scope to be both creative, and to speak to a range of different industries. So far they have a modest portfolio of grants, employee fundraising and volunteering partnerships which will require light-touch account management (and some potential growth in a couple), although the main focus initially will certainly be new business. There is no line management at present, but there is growth planned so this role would end up being a team leader position as the income grows.
