Job description

A great opportunity to lead and develop a small team, driving growth in philanthropic giving.

This role would be best suited to a hungry and ambitious major donor fundraiser with experience of line management and of successfully developing teams to deliver growth in income.

You will have personally raised substantial six-figure gifts from HNWIs, with the desire to remain donor facing.

The organisation already has a number of committed donors and exciting ideas for how they can drive further engagement in philanthropic giving. You will lead on this, responsible for key accounts but also empowering the team to further develop their skills and ambitions to reach a target of £1.4m for this year.
