An amazing opportunity for someone with customer service experience to join the charity sector!

The Relationship Enquiries Officer will be responsible for responding to inbound enquiries from supporters and volunteers of the charity. It is a crucial role which will minimise donor attrition and increase supporter value and retention.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • talking with supporters and responding to their enquiries
  • responding to and logging supporter feedback
  • liaising with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve queries, providing a high level of customer care
  • maintaining electronic records in accordance with GDPR guidelines
