Are you an ambitious and experience account manager, keen to work with leading businesses such as Barclays, Virgin Media and Sodexo to create positive social change? Pilotlight is a social enterprise which tackles disadvantage by facilitating and promoting the sharing of professional skills to help charities help people. We do this by selling a service to businesses that is of benefit to them and to charities. Running programmes in which the employees at our corporate partners use their skills to support charities can be a valuable learning experience as well as an opportunity to give back.

The charities and social enterprises we work with develop their strategic knowhow, strengthen their organisations and, ultimately, increase their impact. In 2021 we will support over 150 charities and social enterprises – working on a diverse range of social issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, mental health, education and youth work and support services for the elderly – using the professional skills of over 600 Pilotlighters from a diverse range of corporate partners.

The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead on the delivery of first-class account management to our growing portfolio of corporate partners. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for retaining business by deepening relationships and identifying opportunities for growth, which will include the planning, testing and implementation of new ideas and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex five and six figure partnerships and a proven record achieving significant account growth and retention targets. You will deploy your influencing skills and ability to build profitable relationships to great effect as you take a leading role identifying and nurturing future strategic partnerships. Ideally, the successful candidate will also have line management experience and an understanding of the HR & Talent Development and/or CSR space.

As Pilotlight bridges the worlds of charity and business, we are looking for someone who may come from either sector, with an interest in the other, and above all has the gravitas to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role is being recruited by QuarterFive Recruitment on behalf of Pilotlight. Please contact Emily at Q5 for an informal chat about the position.
