Senior Account Management lead for big-name charity-company partnerships.

Are you an ambitious and experience account manager, keen to work with leading businesses such as Barclays, Virgin Media and Sodexo to create positive social change?

We are seeking a driven and tenacious individual with experience managing complex and high-profile accounts to help us drive maximum value from our partnerships.

This social enterprise tackles disadvantage by facilitating and promoting the sharing of professional skills to help charities help people. They do this by selling a service to businesses that is of benefit to them and to charities.

Running programmes in which employees at corporate partners use their skills to support charities can be a valuable learning experience as well as an opportunity to give back.

The charities and social enterprises the organisation works with develop their strategic knowhow, strengthen their organisations and, ultimately, increase their impact.

In 2021 the organisation will support over 150 charities and social enterprises, working on a diverse range of social issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, mental health, education and youth work, and support services for the elderly, using the professional skills of over 600 company executives from a diverse range of corporate partners.

Job description

The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead on the delivery of first-class account management to a growing portfolio of corporate partners.

Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for retaining business by deepening relationships and identifying opportunities for growth, which will include the planning, testing and implementation of new ideas and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex five and six figure partnerships and a proven record achieving significant account growth and retention targets.

You will deploy your influencing skills and ability to build profitable relationships to great effect as you take a leading role identifying and nurturing future strategic partnerships.

Ideally, the successful candidate will also have line management experience and an understanding of the HR & Talent Development and/or CSR space.
