An exciting role for an experienced trusts fundraiser who wants a role focused on relationship development.
As Senior Philanthropy Manager you will be responsible for a large and exciting portfolio of existing and prospective funders, adopting a relational approach to trusts fundraising. You will line manage one Philanthropy Manager, supporting their professional development and acting as an effective mentor.
You will have responsibility for the organisation’s largest and most exciting trusts relationships, focused on exceptional stewardship and adopting a major donor style of fundraising to ensure their continued engagement.
With a strong pipeline of prospects you will work closely with internal teams to identify new links and proactively network and build relationships with potential funders.
As Senior Philanthropy Manager you will:
- be an experienced trusts fundraiser with six-figure experience
- have line management expertise and the ability to effectively lead and mentor line reports
- have a strong flair for writing but with the desire to work in a relational way with funders, building solid long-term relationships
