Your role will be to plan, deliver and evaluate an ambitious and effective Individual Giving programme. You will maximise supporter recruitment and development and ensure long-term programme growth, as well as manage the stewardship of donors, delivering an excellent supporter experience.
Working collaboratively with colleagues within fundraising you will be responsible for successfully managing and developing relationships with individual supporters, customers or clients.
The postholder will have a demonstrable track record in individual giving and donor base acquisition, retention, segmentation, legacy and in mem giving.
