Job description

This role, approx 3 days per week, will provide the management and day-to-day oversight of the charity’s finances.  The Finance Manager will produce timely management accounts on a monthly cycle to enable the CEO and the team to make financial decisions and should work closely with the Operations Manager and the CEO and will include;

  • Financial Reporting, recording and forecasting
  • Producing Annual statements
  • Prepare and submit corporation tax and VAT returns  
  • Provide sound financial advice to Trustees and the Chief Executive

We require the post holder to be female - Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010) applies. RCEW and local Rape Crisis Centres provide a women-only safe space in which women and children who have experienced sexual violence are supported and can access services.
