Job description

This role will provide day-to-day oversight and management of the charity’s operations and projects. This will include general project and programme management, reporting to funders, producing budget reports in liaison with the Financial Manager and general HR management. The Operations Manager should provide strong programme leadership to ensure effective and efficient management and administration of all aspects of the organisation’s operations.

 

We require the post holder to be female - Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), Schedule 9 (Work; Exceptions), Part 1 (Occupational Requirements), of the Equality Act (2010) applies. RCEW and local Rape Crisis Centres provide a women-only safe space in which women and children who have experienced sexual violence are supported and can access services.
