Our organisation offers counselling, support and information to people who have experienced sexual violence. This post requires someone to have excellent telephone skills and the ability to convey advice and information in a sensitive and timely manner to service users and to professionals. The role of Information Line Team Leader requires you to have strong leadership skills, excellent administration and time management skills to ensure the smooth running of our central office.
