An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and efficient individual to join the Membership and Global Directorate at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

About the role:
As Membership Business Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for the Directorate, providing excellent administrative support for workforce and professional support programmes. Reporting to the Head of Workforce and Professional Support, you will be responsible for the optimum functioning and output of the Directorate. You will also play a key role in maintaining key College processes, such as consultant job planning and appointments pertaining to the Advisory Appointment Committees and Honorary Fellowships.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Experience of supporting projects
- Experience of servicing committees
- Excellent IT skills, including Windows-based packages, Outlook, Word and Excel
