Job description

Please note, RCOG offices are based in London Bridge, but due to Covid-19, home working will currently be required.

About the role

The RCOG Membership Team, which forms part of the Membership, Global and Governance Directorate, is responsible for membership engagement, retention, recruitment, records management and annual subscriptions.

As Membership Operations Manager, you will play an instrumental role leading the Membership Operations team to ensure effective delivery of the membership operations services and front line support, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.  You will support the development of the membership plan alongside leading ongoing reviews to continue to develop and improve the delivery of the membership operations processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations processes are fully compliant with data protection laws, making adjustments where necessary to bring them in line with College wide policies.

About you

We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience of successful operational planning, development and delivery of membership services. You will have knowledge of CRM strategy and systems and will be an experienced leader, able to manage and develop people to achieve wider team objectives.

You will also be a strong communicator, with experience of developing and managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
