Please email completed applications to: [email protected] We will be use a scoring-based system to shortlist and select for interview measured against the Essential and Desirable skills. All candidates selected for interview will be asked to prepare a 15-minute presentation based on their experience and research on Reachout with Arts in Mind. The interview will then follow a series of questions asked by a panel and then a discussion answering any questions you may have.
Reachout with Arts in Mind is based in Alloa and supports adults with mental health issues, though a creative arts programme to improve confidence, self-esteem, motivation and aspirations for communities throughout the Forth Valley. Through different programmes – Inspire, Make, Change – our members develop positive relationships with peers, have improved self-acceptance and look forward to new opportunities.
We are looking for a new Creative Activities Project Worker to play a key role in Reachout’s large and well-equipped studio space, to work with and support vulnerable individuals and to encourage their creativity and develop their wellbeing. The Creative Activities Project Worker will also project manage the studio, through the monitoring and costing of workshop budgets and the evaluation of creative activities.
