Please note this is a full time permanent position being offered on a hybrid working basis (2 days a week).
The role has a dual focus - you’ll support the marketing team to create a multi-channel sales and marketing plan to attract clients and guardians to Dot Dot Dot, and funnel people through the applications process. The marketing assistant will work closely with the applications coordinator to educate and engage people about both guardianship and Dot Dot Dot.
This role is integral to the success of the property viewings, delivering information to the sales team, and finding new property owners. The marketing assistant will also support social media campaigns, content creation and collate business development data to spot trends. In this role you will benefit from a pleasant, friendly company environment and make a real difference to people’s lives.
The right candidate for the role will have knowledge across marketing, communications and sales. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ideally have experience in supporting a diverse set of projects. You will be able to work using your own initiative and have the self motivation to achieve good outcomes.

Paid Media Officer

We're looking for a data savvy, experienced Paid Media Officer to join their growing marketing and PR Team. Reporting into the Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager and supported by other experts across The Charity, you'll use your skills to drive the acquisition of new supporters across social and web channels, achieving targeted conversion as part of a variety of marketing and fundraising campaigns. Key accountabilities within the role will include:
* Working with the Digital teams to implement tailored comms journeys as we continue to grow and segment our database of supporters
* Acting as the lead for all fundraising paid social media and web campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing and CX teams to ensure a cohesive and optimal approach to content creation, targeting, and overall campaign management
* Supporting with planning and executing on ongoing brand social media and web campaigns across existing and emerging channels, driving continuous reach and engagement
* Developing briefs and guidance to ensure the wider team can supply suitable content for paid media campaigns

The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join NWAA, due to the growth in the charity’s events portfolio. You will report into the Events Manager and support the events and fundraising team, to deliver its ambitious new strategy. Duties will include:
- Supporting the team with event organisation and delivery, including providing excellent support and stewardship.
- Enrolling participants taking part in a calendar of events across the region.
- Meeting fundraisers and re-engaging lapsed supporters to develop long-term relationships and maximise fundraising.
- Providing up to date content for the charity’s internal marketing team, to enable the effective production of regular communications to engage new and existing supporter.

You should be organised, diligent and driven to develop your career in fundraising. It is a varied, busy role so you should be able to work proactively - prioritising and working under pressure to make the most of opportunities. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to build long standing relationships.
The role will involve attending events in the evenings and weekends so will require a full UK driving license, and access to your own vehicle.
While charity experience would be advantageous, we are also keen to speak with people looking to transfer their skillset into this incredibly rewarding area of fundraising and events coordination.

The Role

Our client's vision is to build new affordable homes to help more people who cannot otherwise buy or rent on the open market. The Development Directorate has a programme of between 400 and 500 homes a year with S106, land-led, package deals and joint venture projects. They are looking for a Head of Project Delivery who will be instrumental in helping them achieve this delivery and their wider vision.
It’s an exciting time to join them, on the back of a busy 2024 / 2025 where the Delivery Team managed the completion of over 520 homes. The new postholder will build on this success, motivating the Delivery Team to successfully manage current and future projects.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Development Delivery, and playing a key part in the Development Leadership Team, this role currently directly manages a team of six, whilst working closely alongside colleagues throughout the Development Directorate and the wider business.

They are looking for someone who can inspire, develop and motivate the Delivery Team, whilst ensuring successful project, programme and contract management.
