The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering the marketing campaigns for the Museum’s exhibitions and events to achieve visitor and income targets, particularly the annual Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition. Furthermore, you will manage and motivate the Marketing Executive to develop and implement specific marketing activity for a range of Museum self-generated income businesses and activities including commercial events, licencing, and publishing, delivering to target, budget and schedule.
Additionally, you will lead on paid search marketing for the Museum. This includes, setting the plan, supporting the wider team in delivery, analysing, and reporting on overall results, supporting the team to improve knowledge, and understanding of paid search and driving constant improvements in return on investment.
The Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Museum including Commercial & Visitor Experience, Marketing, Digital Content, Media and PR and Membership to ensure a joined-up campaign approach. Ultimately, in this role you will combine hands-on delivery of campaigns with data-informed planning, stakeholder engagement and budget management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of creating and delivering innovative marketing campaigns from ideas generation, content creation, media planning, bought and owned media delivery. They operate a helicopter and rapid response vehicle service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, carrying out critical care procedures at the scene. A global leader of rapid response and critical care, they bring the hospital to the roadside to ensure that seriously injured people receive urgent treatment immediately.
The Direct Marketing Officer will support the development, management, and optimisation of London’s Air Ambulance Lottery and Regular Giving programs which has phenomenal success via face-to-face fundraising. An exciting opportunity which will see the successful candidate working closely with the Operations Team, paramedics, doctors, and pilots to develop and deliver training to face-to-face fundraisers that brings the work of London’s Air Ambulance to life. The post holder will also work closely with external agency partners, as well as internal stakeholders and various teams within the charity.
The successful candidate will thrive on collaborative work, excel in presenting compelling narratives which inspire other fundraisers to do the same. An analytical mindset is essential, along with the ability to grasp facts and data to manage projects effectively. About the role
As the first Marketing and Communications Manager to join the organisation, you'll be part of the organisation's focus on investment in key roles to help create a sustainable future for the organisation as they diversify their audiences and scale up their services. Senior Marketing Business Partner
Contract: Interim one year contract
Location: This can be home based anywhere in the UK or a hybrid role with one day per week in the London office
Salary: £32,203 - £36,595 per annum plus either £500 home working allowance, or £3,666 London based allowance depending on contract

In order to carry out its charitable work and achieve its strategic objectives, the NSPCC must communicate efficiently and effectively with the maximum possible impact, relevance and emotional resonance to engage all key audiences including supporters, professionals, service users, volunteers and the public across a variety of offline and online channels (paid, owned and earned).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the NSPCC's talented Marketing and Planning to reach and engage priority audiences by delivering best in class marketing, encouraging them to do, give or learn. Core responsibilities within the role will include:
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to deliver to strategic objectives by planning, delivering and reporting to best in class marketing solutions.
- Help teams to navigate the Marketing and Planning and Brand and Content departments and find the right expertise at each stage of the campaign.
- Leverage data and insight to feed into campaign planning, briefing and development.
- Project manage campaign work with internal and external stakeholders in delivering, optimising and reporting on campaigns in line with agreed key performance indicators, service level agreements and objectives.
- Lead on the delivery of engaging content for the NSPCC website and other marketing assets for our key audiences that is consistent with brand and style guidelines and accessible for online readers.
- Be flexible in supporting and responding to changing priorities as the remit of Marketing and Planning department evolves.

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to understand, interpret and present complex information in a clear, confident and persuasive way for a range of audiences.
- Proven ability of demonstrating initiative and creativity to come up with new ideas and achieve desired outcomes.

- Experience working within direct marketing, ideally in the charity sector

Direct Marketing Officer (F2F Campaigns), joining a known specialist London Charity, who provide a crucial medical response service within the Capital. Hybrid Working; 2 days a week office based.
- Salary: £30K to £35K per annum + benefits, based on experience.

As the Direct Marketing Officer (F2F Campaigns), you will work closely with the Direct Marketing Manager, providing support with the development, management of the Lottery and Regular Giving programs through Face to Face (F2F) fundraising. You will;
- Work with and be a contact for F2F and Direct Dialogue agencies and campaign activity across Private Site, Door to Door and Telemarketing. Cultivating strong relationships with all agencies, ensuring they operate to the highest standards, meeting their contractual obligations.
- Assist on the development of strategic and operational plans for multiple Direct Dialogue fundraising campaigns.
- Assist with analysing results to ensure ROI is delivered and action where required.
- Facilitate the smooth running of F2F campaigns, ensuring donor recruitment targets are met and to a high standard.
- Responsible for Fundraiser Training; Induction, Enhanced and Quarterly Refreshers to date and relevant content.
As the Direct Marketing Officer (F2F campaigns), you’ll have ideally previous skills and experience in either a campaign management role within Direct Marketing, Individual Giving OR have worked in a fundraising and gained transferable skills in the areas below:
- Working with or managing external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns or projects.
- Presenting to others, and/or creating and delivering training programmes to inspire and motivate others to achieve targets and deliver objectives.
- Monitoring, planning projects and/or campaigns to agreed deadlines.
- Managing data with an excellent command of MS Excel.
- An understanding of fundraising compliance, data protection and best practice.
