Our Charity has an excellent reputation in social prescribing and community based projects This may be through volunteering, joining resident-led groups or accessing a huge range of community groups and activities and for businesses we provide services to voluntary and community organisations and social enterprise (VCSEs) across Kent and Medway, on a paid-for consultancy basis.
We are seeking a proactive CEO to manage our volunteers and paid staff, to assist in fund raising ( including writing bids for grants and other aid ) and to ensure proper financial managment of the charity ( with the finance team) and proper governance. Also to expand the remit of the charity and seek new business opportunities.
The CEO is directly responsible to the board of directors at regular board meetings and will be required to give oral and written reports to the board along with members of the Senior Management Team.
Those candidates shortlisted will be interviewed by the Board of Trustees and may be required to give a presentation as to their vision of how to take the charity forward.
