Redthread works with vulnerable young people in crisis. Whether they have been the victim of a stabbing, are seeking support for anxiety, have suffered a sexual assault, or want to find a new home beyond the reach of a gang, we support them to overcome the challenges they face through our dynamic youth work programmes.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will take the lead in ensuring Redthread is an excellent employer for our team of 80 members of staff. This is an exciting opportunity with a high level of responsibility to shape our HR function, ensuring we continue to attract, develop and retain high-quality people who enjoy working for us.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for Redthread’s HR function, leading on all aspects of HR throughout the employee lifecycle and helping Redthread to be a positive and empowering place to work.
