Administrator in Warwickshire Service (part time, fixed term)
Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2022
Hours: This role is a 22.5 hour position. However this role will be temporarily working 30 hours per week until 31st March 2022 and the salary will be amended to reflect this.

The domestic abuse service in Warwickshire co-ordinates the MARAC – Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences. These are meetings where information is shared on the highest risk domestic abuse cases between representatives of local police, health, child protection, housing practitioners, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), probation and other specialists from the statutory and voluntary sectors.
We are looking to recruit a candidate with excellent organisational skills to provide high quality support to the MARAC Co-ordinator and the administration of the MARAC meetings. You will collect and record information on MARAC cases and identify issues to be raised with the MARAC Co-ordinator. Taking and distributing accurate minutes of MARAC meetings, will be part of this role, as well as keeping track of outstanding actions from across the partnership, liaising with partners and reporting overdue actions to coordinator.
The successful candidate will have outstanding administration skills and the ability to use initiative and judgment in dealing with colleagues and partner agencies. You will communicate clearly and concisely, in your written and oral communication and work successfully both independently and as part of a team. Whilst experience working within a similar field is desirable, this role is open to all applicants with administrative skills keen to get into the sector.
You will be familiar with collecting data, be a motivated learner and have proven ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
