Refuge is seeking a Legacy & In Memoriam Giving Manager to join our ambitious and passionate fundraising team.

As a member of the fundraising leadership team, this role will be responsible for developing and managing the legacy and in memory programmes. This role will start to drive growth in the number of new legacy pledges and enquirers, as well as developing a stewardship programme for supporters ensuring that agreed KPIs and budgets are met. Integral to the success of this role is partnership working with external and internal teams, in particular managing the relationship with Legacy Link who manage all legacy administration.  In addition, this role will work closely with the Head of Supporter Fundraising to develop the strategy, plans, budgets, KPIs in order to deliver an integrated multi-channel programme of legacy and in memory campaigns and activities.
