Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, empathetic and experienced HR professional to work in supportive culture that values collaboration, diversity and empowerment.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will advise and support managers and staff on employment law, best practice, and our policies and procedures. You’ll also be responsible for researching new/changing legislation and making recommendations on its implementation.

In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will be varied and will encompass aspects of Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Induction and Recruitment and Learning and Development.

You’ll be a strong communicator with an open and reflective approach, you will have the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships. You will also have:

  • Experience of working in a busy, generalist HR advisory role with experience of advising managers and staff on a range of issues including disciplinary & grievance procedures, objectives setting and wellbeing.
  • Experience of supporting managers to implement complex change processes.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Passionate about delivering a quality HR service to support the delivery of organisational strategy.
