We are working alongside an amazing children's charity to look for a talented, outgoing individual to join our Community Fundraising team as the Regional Fundraising Manager responsible for Wales.
Reporting to Head of Regional Fundraising South you will engage with supporters and volunteers to support the delivery of the charity?s fundraising activities. This role will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to work in a supportive working environment with lots of potential for learning and development.
You will have substantial fundraising experience in the voluntary sector with experience of working to and achieving financial targets. Experience of conducting complex negotiations to deliver volunteer led community fundraising is also key. A Welsh speaker is desirable but not essential.
Location: Homebased, with 1 day per fortnight working in the Cardiff office
Salary: £23,196 - £27,676
Hours: 36.25 per week
