We are seeking a Wellbeing Delivery Manager to lead and manage the complex public sector commissioned contracts in Norfolk and Suffolk to ensure targets, activity and budgetary goals are achieved.
Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager to create a development and implementation plan for the Norfolk and Suffolk area.
We are seeking someone with demonstrable project management experience and a strong track record in delivering excellent customer service, stakeholder and relationship management. Experience of managing therapeutic care services, ideally counselling, significant strategic customer/client service experience - putting the client experience first.
You will be a natural communicator who is adept at continuously improving the client experience and developing strong relationships. Responsive to compliments, complaints and concerns to ensure a positive and professional approach is maintained with the client. Operating at all levels including senior management, your natural business acumen will be showcased in report production, financial management, tender and proposal development. Knowledge of IAPT or experience of working in IAPT service together with experience of using IAPTUS case management for reporting would be desirable.
