Are you passionate about digital marketing with a flair for creating engaging content that cuts through the noise in the digital space? Do you enjoy working on exciting campaigns as part of a busy team? We’re looking for a full-time Digital Communications Officer to help bring our content to life and raise the profile of the work we do to support local families.
With a focus on managing our social media platforms, you’ll also be responsible for analysing the success of our digital communications and using data insights to drive improved performance to meet strategic objectives. Developing, managing and evaluating an email marketing schedule and undertaking routine website updates will also be a key part of this busy role.
The role is based primarily at Rennie House in Tring, however you may need to work at other Rennie Grove offices or visit shops or patients on occasion, so a car and driving licence will be essential.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- experience of creating engaging content for digital channels
- experience of managing social media and email marketing schedules
- experience of using website CMS systems
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- the ability and confidence to communicate, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- a caring and empathetic approach
