Job description

As HR Engagement Lead, you’ll be leading on the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to support our highly committed workforce.

You’ll need experience of delivering successful employee engagement initiatives and embedding values and behaviours within an organisation.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to build good working relationships with all levels in an organisation and can write engaging and informative internal engagement communications. It is also important that you have the skills to interpret and identify trends in surveys.

You will work mainly at our Tring office, although working at all Rennie Grove offices may be necessary on occasion. There is an opportunity for a flexible approach to office and home working.

We provide care and support for adults and children diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illness, and their families, visiting day and night.
