The role of Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser is a new role put in place to develop and deliver the supporter acquisition, stewardship and retention activity for the Individual Giving Team.
You will work closely with, and build relationships with, internal and external stakeholders to promote the importance of Gifts in Wills and Regular Giving to grow upon the success of our individual giving activity.
- Relevant experience or qualifications in fundraising, sales, customer care or marketing.
- Experience of donor/customer recruitment, care and development.
- Experience of using a CRM database (ideally Raiser’s Edge).
- Experience of campaign analysis and testing methods.
- Excellent presentation skills and telephone manner.

You will work from our Tring office as well as some home working, with travel between other Rennie Grove offices may be necessary on occasion to carry out this role so a car and driving licence will be essential.
