This is a new role and you would be joining RiDC at an exciting and critical time. We are looking for a Research and Development Manager to join us and play an important role in transforming our research with disabled and older consumers.
Our mission is to use consumer insights to make products and services accessible and inclusive for all. You will become part of an organisation that’s embracing the power of disabled and older consumers to bring about change in a number of sectors.
We are looking for someone with huge enthusiasm for what we do and who can engage in our mission and purpose. Our ideal candidate will not only be passionate about understanding the experiences of disabled and older consumers, but also skilled in generating and identifying research opportunities; designing,managing and conducting consumer research as well as identifying and securing research funding.
As you would expect, good communication skills are essential as you will need to be able to develop relationships with clients and explain research findings in a clear, concise and engaging way.
