Job description

Respect are recruiting for an exciting position lead our Change that Lasts Perpetrator Response, CLEAR (Change that Lasts Early Awareness Raising) in Wales.

This post is located with Welsh Women’s Aid and works in partnership to deliver perpetrator strand of work, CLEAR, our early response to perpetrators of VAWDASV as part of the Change that Lasts approach. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader who is able to oversee and support delivery, contribute to the external evaluation, build strong local partnerships as well as manage a delivery team. Included in this role is contributing to the strategic aims of the Change that Lasts approach, focusing on CLEAR, and work to support the future development and funding of this approach.

This role is funded until March 2021 and this role is involved in our aim to secure funding for it to continue beyond this time. 

We will consider secondments for this role. Please check with your employer prior to application if you would be released.
