Make a Change are recruiting a Project Manager to help us set up our intervention during a particularly busy time.
We are looking for someone who has strong project management skills who can support to set up our four sites, ensuring all agreements and guidance is in place and clearly understood. They will hold our project plan, develop it for our new sites, and monitor our progress ensuring that any risks are flagged and addressed at an early stage. This role will also support with raising awareness of our project in our areas, and where needed, beyond to ensure that we have good partnership buy in of this intervention. Understanding and experience in the Domestic Abuse sector would be advantageous.
The successful post holder will be willing to travel and share best practice across our sites.
This role is involves working closely with colleagues in Women’s Aid England to ensure the work is aligned to the Change that Lasts approach and with the Make a Change team to ensure our work is aligned.
