Make a Change are recruiting a regional practice lead to help us set up our intervention.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience of working with perpetrators and is able to translate their experience into supporting the roll out of Make and Change, developing tools and resources, delivering training, supporting community outreach and leading on our training and workforce development strand of work, including the delivery of the intervention.
In addition to this, we want to understand our reach into communities and be able to position our intervention so that is as accessible as possible. This role will, along with the Data and Performance Manager, support us to understand those we reach and those who we do not, informing our future development and practice and ensuring our tools and resources meet the needs of a broad range of communities.
The successful post holder will be willing to travel and share learning and best practice across our sites.
This role is involves working closely with colleagues in Women’s Aid England to ensure the work is aligned to the Change that Lasts approach.
