Job description

Young People’s Therapist: £31,999 pro rata, 21 hours per week.

We invite applications for a Young People’s Therapist to undertake clinical work within schools across Greater London – predominantly special education schools and some mainstream. The post holder will also work with clients at our clinic, currently based in Euston.

You will provide individual therapy sessions to children and young people; group work, psychoeducation, workshops for young people, staff and parents/carers, and training for staff based in schools and other settings.

About us: Respond is a small national charity with offices in London and Birmingham providing specialised community support for children and adults with learning disabilities, autism or both who have experienced abuse or trauma.

The heart of our work is psychotherapy and through the many years of our development we have become experts in understanding and working with trauma. This guides the range of services we provide.
