Resurgo Consulting is in a time of exciting and significant growth, having already exceeded its targets for 2021, and ambitious goals to both expand its client base and strengthen and build on the unique impact consultancy work we do in 2022. This maternity cover role will be central to the fulfilment of our goals, leading a growing and envisioned team through this key time.
As a confident executive coach, facilitator and communicator with excellent organisational capabilities, you will lead the team as you both generate and implement our business plan – both bringing change directly through the work of Resurgo Consulting, and additionally as any income generated goes into funding our charitable programmes including Spear and Re-Work.
Under your leadership, the team will liaise with a range of corporate clients, manage existing client relationships and explore new referrals. You will also have oversight of all marketing and systems implementation and the design, resourcing, impact and delivery of programmes.
