How to apply
We are seeking an Involvement Manager to support the growth, capacity, reach and overall effectiveness of our programmes.
Joining our team, you’ll primarily support The National Expert Citizen’s Group (NECG) within the National Community Lottery Fund’s Fulfilling Lives Programme. Members of this group will have lived experience of a range of issues such as mental health, substance use, homelessness and contact with the criminal justice system. The NECG is a strategic group, focusing on systems and service change and utilising combined skills, experience and knowledge to inform and support national change.
In this position, you will nurture and develop their inclusive, lived experience led programme, designed to aid the personal development of members and inspire them to ensure their insight has real-world impact.
To succeed, you’ll need experience developing and managing a wide range of relationships and partnerships, preferably in a similar field.
Here at the Revolving Doors Agency, we work in a uniquely collaborative way that brings our team’s hands-on knowledge of research and policy together with the perspective and insights of those who have experienced the failure of the system. This allows us to provide joined-up responses to the needs of people with multiple and complex problems.
Our aim is not simply to identify specific gaps in the system and apply ‘sticking plaster’ fixes. Rather, we are looking into the future to help decision-makers develop fundamental solutions that address the underlying systemic faults that can trap people within the crisis-crime cycle of the revolving door.
