£28,000 - £33,000 per year
Permanent, Full-time
Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to enable lived experience to influence system change. You would be primarily supporting The National Expert Citizen’s Group (NECG) within the National Community Lottery Fund’s Fulfilling Lives Programme.

The NECG is an integral part of the national Fulfilling Lives programme working alongside members from other parts of the programme including the Systems Change Action Network (SCAN). The NECG is a strategic group, focussing on systems and service change and utilising the combined skills, experience and knowledge to inform and support national change.

We want someone for this role with:

  • Exceptional engagement skills; the ability to form trust, rapport and to inspire people.
  • A belief that people with lived experience should be partners in decision making to improve systems and services.
  • A proactive and creative approach.

The ideal candidate need not necessarily have experience of involvement/co-production work or management. We want the person with the best skills and values for this role. If you can evidence potential, we will develop you to excel. We offer an excellent personal development package (including self-development days and a wellbeing budget).
